Fireworks on the 4th

I normally do an amateur fireworks show, but my source of good fireworks is gone :-(

I experimented with some ground fireworks I purchased, and a few aerial shots of some neighbor's fireworks. All of these shots are hand held.

A ground firework at a fast shutter speed.

A ground firework at a much slower shutter speed.

This one's neat. The tail end of an aerial shot.

I like the effect of this one as well.

I saved the best for last.

Great fireworks photos! I'm glad you got a chance to photograph them, as I didn't get out to do so. Cheers!
