fiber optic grass

My wife had a planter full of these funky grass things, so I got up real close and took a shot.  I like to squiggly white thingys (highly technical term).  I should have opened the aperture up a bit, maybe next time.  My wife tell me these are called 'fiber optic grass'.

Canon EF 100mm f2.8 USM Macro lens
Exposure 1/25 sec @ f2.8
ISO 800
Curves adjusted for contrast
Aperture Priority

Squigly white thingies seems a much better descriptor to me.

Nice to know. I like the photo too, especially the bokeh.
