icy pattern

I was walking around Peace Valley park after we had several days of below freezing weather and came across a small amount of frozen water.  I thought this was a cool pattern.

It is COLD out there tonight!

That is a cool pattern. Wonder what that one would look like with the saturation bumped up a little or in B&W.

Thanks Martha!

Marka,
Thanks for the suggestions!
I played with B&W, but there's not enough contrast to get any 'pop. Unfortunately, saturation only increased the background :-) I think another try with various settings on a CP filter make be in order.

Ice does make for interesting shots.
I photographed some frozen ice bubbles from some standing water we had 2 weeks ago.

Ha! If it's going to be cold and icy, you might as well take a fantastic shot of it, right? :) Well captured, Woody!
