Not something you see every day ...
I shot this Valentine's Day at Peace Valley Park (how romantic). I thought this sign was very unusual to say the least. I guess people who no longer want their cats have been letting them go wild at the park. I can't imagine they could survive very long, especially in the winter.

The thought of people being so cruel and irresponsible makes me sick. I wish the fine was double and the "or" was taken out. I imagine that it would be easy to catch the people doing it.
I agree James, I'm appalled that such a sign needs to exist!
Oh my gosh! What a sad statement that the problem is so bad a sign needs to be posted.
Oh my goodness...how disturbing...how pathetic...how CRUEL! What does something like this say about our society?! If people would treat an innocent animal with such disregard, explains alot about the state of the world doesn't it.
Poor little cats, I hope they can find a safe place to stay with nice people around!
